Executive Director
The Executive Director runs the Transportation Services and is the Nightingale Industries High Command representative for the NTS. They rely on their Officers to run things smoothly so they can focus on the bigger picture and coordinate with the rest of the High Command. The Executive Director’s word is only overwritten by Commander Briggs.
Operations Manager
Operations Managers are the Division Leads. They get regular reports from Co-ordinators and focus on allocating resources, handling issues affecting the NTS and looking at ways to make everything better, more efficient, and as smooth as possible for the Executive Director.
Logistics Coordinator
Logistics Coordinators are the first Organization Officer role within the NTS. They handle lower-end administrative duties, deal with minor violations, and report any situations to the Operations Manager. Delegating and recruiting fall in their area of focus.
Dispatch Manager
Dispatch Managers are the second Division Officer position within the NTS. Mostly delegated to monitoring training and keeping the upper ranks aware of personnel issues.
Dispatcher
Dispatchers are the first Division Officer level within the NTS. Dispatchers maintain training schedules and ensure all employees under their jurisdiction uphold NTS Standards of Conduct.
Transportation Specialist 1st Class
1st Class Specialists are not only fully trained, but heavily experienced, and are trusted members of the Transportation services, assisting in training and onboarding new transportation specialists.
Transportation Specialist 2nd Class
2nd Class Transportation Specialists have undergone extra training, including VIP transport and data running, and are certified to be crewmembers of luxury voyages.
Transportation Specialist 3rd Class
The backbone of the Transportation Services. Transportation Specialists have passed their pre-trip and road tests and are ready to haul as fully-fledged members of the NTS. While 3rd class Specialists are the lowest rank, they make up most of the NTS.
Permit Holder
These are the entry-level hopefuls enlisting into the NTS. Yet to complete their pre-trip or flight tests.
